Job Position: Administrative / Process Compliance Officer

Job Location: Jos, Plateau

Job Summary

The Admin / Process Compliance Officer will oversee administrative functions and ensure that all operational processes comply with established policies and regulations.

This role involves coordinating office activities, implementing process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage office operations and administrative tasks.

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure process efficiency.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general office management.

Provide support during regulatory inspections and audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and compliance roles.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Salary

N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
