Job Summary
We are looking for a young, energetic, and detail-oriented Administrative/Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our office.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations.
Coordinate office activities and schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory.
Support the operations team in executing various projects and tasks.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
Male, not more than 25 years old.
Must reside within Ikeja or its environs.
Minimum of an HND or OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in an administrative or operations role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competitive Salary: N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
