Job Description
Handle transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and opening and closing of accounts
Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services.
Reconcile cash drawers at the end of the day, count and package currency, turn in any excess or damaged currency
Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests
Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree, OND or HND in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or any numerate disciplines and the Social Sciences.
At least 2 years of work experience.
High computer literacy.
Good written and oral communication.
Attention to details.
Cash-handling experience
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to pass a background check
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
