Salary: Very attractive Responsibilities Manage corporate branding, messaging, and market reputation. Organize customer education programs, webinars, and promotional campaigns. Analyze customer feedback, market data, and sales trends to refine business strategies. Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning. Monitor industry policies and technological advancements. Develop pricing models based on demand, competition, and cost structures. Establish partnerships with banks, FinTechs, and NGOs for solar financing. Engage with government agencies and industry stakeholders for policy advocacy. Represent the company at industry conferences and exhibitions. Perform other duties as assigned by the head of operations. Requirements B.sc/HND degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the solar or tech sector. Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and corporate partnerships. Experience in B2B and B2C sales, including Buy-Now-Pay-Later solar models. Knowledge of solar technologies, regulatory policies, and consumer financing in Nigeria. Skills Strategic marketing and sales leadership. Digital marketing and social media expertise. Negotiation and partnership development. Strong communication and brand storytelling. Data-driven decision-making and market research. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
