Candidates should be professional, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome visitors, clients, and contractors in a professional manner. • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries. • Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings. • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and deliveries. • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and invoices. • Keep records of visitors, staff movement, and office supplies. • Support the administrative team with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and report compilation. • Ensure the reception area and office environment are clean and well-organized. • Assist with minor procurement tasks and liaise with suppliers. Requirements & Skills: • Minimum Qualification: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. • Experience: at least 1 year experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information. • Knowledge of basic accounting or procurement processes is a plus.
