Da Kulture Empire is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Male Fabric Cutter responsible for accurately cutting fabrics according to design specifications, patterns, and measurements. This role ensures that all garments begin production with precision cuts that meet the brand’s luxury standards.
Job Position : Male Fabric Cutter
Job Location : Edo State, Benin-City Nigeria

Interpret patterns, sketches, and measurements accurately before cutting.
Lay out fabric efficiently to reduce waste and optimize material usage.
Cut fabrics manually or using cutting tools with high precision.
Work closely with the design team, tailors, and production staff to understand clients' styles and preferences.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in all cut pieces for bulk or bespoke orders.
Inspect fabric carefully for defects before cutting.
Label and organize cut pieces properly for production flow.
Maintain cutting tools and ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
Proven experience as a Fabric/Pattern Cutter, or similar role in a fashion house.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, textures, and cutting techniques.
Ability to read patterns, Basic maths and measurements skills, and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to details and precision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
