Job Description
Updating knowledge of sales, documentation, property management and promotional events.Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations and advertising.Providing guidelines and guidance to clients on the application of procedures, and monitoring tasks and projects.Maintaining accurate information on the company's website, designing promotional Web and tracking marketing initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
BA / B.Sc / HND / OND in Marketing or any related discipline.Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate/marketing.Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.Posses strong negotiating and transactional skills.Problem-solving and decision-making.
