Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketer to join our team.
The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products or services, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
Create compelling content for marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media, and advertisements.
Manage digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business oals.
Identify and pursue opportunities for partnership and collaboration with other organizations.
Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to optimize marketing strategies.
Test and optimize marketing tactics to improve performance and ROI.
Develop and manage marketing budgets and expenditures.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
Support sales team with marketing materials and collateral as needed.
Foster a positive and engaging brand image through all marketing channels.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Must live close to Magboro.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / Month.
