On our quest of expanding our solutions to Africa market, starting with Nigeria market. We are currently seeking Sales and Marketing Associates (B2B) across Nigeria.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time remote job at Allubmarket, and as a Sales and Marketing Associates (B2B), your day-to-day tasks will involve;
• Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential clients within the target market.
• Outreach & Sales Growth: Planning and Initiating contact with prospects (local businesses) through various channels (e.g., physical visit, calling, email, social media) and convincing them to subscribe to our marketing and advertising packages in order to drive growth to their businesses.
• Sales Presentations: Developing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Our packages are 3 months (#15,000), 6 months (#30,000), 1 Year (#60,000)
IMPORTANT NOTICE
• The basic monthly salary will be #80,000 and you must bring 10 clients onboard per month, with an incentive of additional #20,000 if you bring 12 clients and above.
• This job requires you to effectively work remotely and independently with strong accountability.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Bachelor degree, ND or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Studies or any equivalents
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Strong knowledge and experience in one-on-one marketing
• Proficiency in B2B (Business to Business) marketing
• Proficiency in convincing people to take decision.
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
