Job Position: Product Marketer
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.
Ensure optimal product performance i.e. the sales target for products in the assigned territory is met.
Conduct market research to identify and understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Using agile methodology, develop customer personas and tailor marketing efforts to target specific segments while gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve products and marketing strategies.
Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions, including product branding and packaging that are simple, concise, attractive, easily accessible, and obtainable.
Monitor and report on product performance metrics, including sales, customer acquisition, retention and adjusting marketing strategies where necessary.
Using a design thinking approach, collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to initiate product improvement and to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
Develop content for product descriptions, website, and marketing collateral, including brochures, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
Other duties as required.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2- 4 years experience in product marketing preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods.
Ability to work with target and meet deadlines
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
