Job Position: Recruitment Specialist

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and negotiating offers

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations

Utilize various recruitment methods to attract top talent

Maintain and update candidate databases

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in a Consulting Firm

Proven track record in filling roles promptly

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
