Job Position: HR / Admin Manager
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s goals.
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Manage employee performance evaluation, development, and training programs.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Manage employee benefits and compensation
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare and manage budgets for the HR and administrative departments.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resource management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A good knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and learn new things quickly.
