Identifying and resolving issues or disputes over property boundaries

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law (LLB or LLM). Specialization in Property or Real Estate Law is key.

Licensure: Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction relevant to Leadroitt Realty Limited’s operations.

Experience: 3-5years of experience in property law, real estate law, or related legal roles.

Required skills:

Strong knowledge of property and real estate laws.

Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
