Job Position: Legal Associate

Job Requirements

Applicants must possess a minimum of a 2:2 Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.

At least 3-5 years post-call experience as a lawyer.

Strong commercial law background especially in the negotiation and documentation of commercial contacts.

Strong analytical, drafting and negotiating skills.

Strong research skills coupled with an ability to deconstruct complex legal issues to provide cogent legal advice.

Open and outward-looking attitude. Strong interpersonal/ communication skills.

A strong commercial and pragmatic approach.
