We are seeking a results-oriented Solar Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving customer acquisition and expanding our footprint in the solar energy market.

The ideal candidate will blend expertise in sales and marketing to craft impactful campaigns, foster strong customer relationships, and deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies that directly support sales objectives and revenue targets.

Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive lead generation and conversion.

Design targeted marketing campaigns to attract residential, commercial, and industrial solar customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to create engaging content and tools that support the sales pipeline.

Conduct market research to identify customer pain points and tailor marketing efforts to address them.

Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights for sales growth.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5 years experience at least 2 years as a manager in a marketing role.

Proven track record of success in sales-focused marketing roles, ideally in the solar or renewable energy industry.

Strong experience in lead generation and sales enablement.

Salary: N250,000 Monthly. (Gross)
