Job Position: HR Administrator
Job Location: Benin, Edo

Responsibilities
Provide support in HR Projects and processes specifically recruitment and staff engagement activities.
Coordinate HR administrative procedures and processes.
Assist in administering recruitment briefs, screening and suitable candidates.
Planning and coordination of documentation and onboarding of new hires.
Assist in coordination of employee engagement activities.
Assist in periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Provides clerical support to the HR department.
Any other function that may be assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field with 1 - 2 years of work experience
CIPM or any HR Professional certification will be added advantage
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask
Able to work in a fast paced environment and under high pressure.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
