We are seeking an innovative and creative Head of Marketing who can inspire and lead our marketing team. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition

Lead the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights

Develop and manage marketing budgets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business goals

Utilize digital marketing channels and tools to reach target audiences effectively

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry

Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences

Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies

Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and make data-driven decisions

Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools

Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques

Demonstrated track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Experience & knowledge: 8+ years’ experience in marketing in a senior leadership role with preference for multinational companies operating in emerging markets and elsewhere -

Core competencies /skills: All aspects of marketing and communications.
