Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team.
As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, performing data entry tasks, and providing technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities
Operate computer systems, including hardware and software, to perform data processing tasks.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Monitor computer systems for errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Provide technical support to users, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and training users on new systems.
Maintain accurate records of system performance, data entry, and technical support activities.
Collaborate with IT staff to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades.
Requirements
OND or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2-4 years of experience as a Computer Operator or in a related role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
