Purpose of the Job
Responsible for managing and developing FMN’s business relationships and performance of the dealers in ensuring objectives of the company are achieved. Manage the retail redistribution team of assigned areas ensuring all teams deliver against their monthly KPIs.
The Job
Manage the company’s business in all Modern Trade (MT) outlets within the territory and ensure monthly sales volume targets are achieved in each store.Oversee and supervise all in-store merchandisers to achieve planogram execution and winning visibility.Build and manage business relationship with MT outlets that will drive business growth. Manage and influence orders, follow up and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.Ensure new products are listed in the stores and excellently execute all initiatives and activation in store.
Qualifications
B.Sc / HND in related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in FMCG sales with a minimum of 1 year managing Modern Trade outlets.Familiar with the above region with a minimum of one year managing Modern Trade outlets in a similar role.

Have excellent listening ability and good communication skills.Have a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.Be great at prospecting new dealers.Be persuasive and possess negotiation skillsHave strong organisational and time management skills.
