Job Title: House Manager/Apartments Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Salary: 200k

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short-let apartments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, specifically in short-let, apartment, or hotel environments.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the overall operations of the short-let apartments.

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.

- Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs effectively.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff.

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

- Monitor inventory and manage supplies for the apartments.

- Prepare regular reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and financial performance.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

-A good Bachelor’s degree and/or higher degree in any discipline.

- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a House Manager or similar role in short-let, apartments, or hotel management.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Must reside in Lekki or its environs.
