Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Female Resident Cook to prepare high-quality meals in a residential or hospitality setting.
The ideal candidate must be skilled in various local and international cuisines, maintain kitchen hygiene, and manage meal planning efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including local and continental dishes.
Plan menus based on dietary preferences and nutritional needs.
Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
Manage food inventory, including shopping for fresh ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen utensils and appliances.
Adhere to dietary restrictions and special meal requests.
Work efficiently under minimal supervision while maintaining consistency in food quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with proven experience as a professional cook in a home, hotel, or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian and international cuisines.
Ability to prepare meals for individuals or a family.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to reside at the job location.
