Job Description

Maison Fahrenheit Hotel is looking for a professional and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hotel industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner

Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately

Provide detailed information on menus and make recommendations when needed

Ensure tables are clean and presentable at all times

Deliver checks and collect payments promptly

Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming

Assist with setting up and closing the dining area.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

A team player with attention to detail

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus

Must be physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting trays.
