We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Visa & Flight Ticket Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilitie

Process visa applications for various destinations

Book and issue flight tickets for clients

Provide expert guidance on travel and visa requirements

Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues

Maintain accurate records of visa and ticket transactions

Liaise with embassies, airlines, and travel partners.

Engage in marketing activities related to visa and ticketing as instructed by the company.

Requirements

Proven experience in visa processing and ticketing

Knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
