Description 

Storekeepers keep stock of inventory and manage all operations in the store. From ordering, receiving to managing inventory, these professionals ensure safe custody of all store-related inventory. Apart from this, a storekeeper performs various day-to-day activities:Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines of the companyMaintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per government regulationManage the store layoutSupervise other staff members and keep a record of salesReceive, unload and shelf all suppliesPerform stock-related duties like returning, packing, labeling and pricing goodsKeep an organised allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and storeCross-verify the monthly report at the end of each monthEnsure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchaseGenerate a material received report (MRR) timelyInspect delivers for discrepancies or damageReport damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursementRotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantitiesCoordinate and handle freight and movement of equipmentEnsure storage of goods follow the first in first out (FIFO) methodPeople that stays close to Abule Egba are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 3 years work of experience.
