Job Position: Social Media & Content Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven person to join our team. As the face and voice of the brand, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our online community.

This role will play a key part in engaging with our customers, managing our social media presence, and fostering brand loyalty.

Role

Develop and execute community engagement strategies across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Create and curate high-quality content (text, images, and videos) across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and style.

Create and execute campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and build customer relationships.

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media and other platforms to reach target audiences and drive results.

Requirements

1 year proven experience or in a similar role.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engagement.

Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities.

Female only.

Salary

N50,000 - N60,000 / month, with bonus based on KPIs.
