General Description

The Senior Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in our Sales & Retail department, responsible for coordinating sales activities and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading the sales team, and refining sales processes.

The Senior Sales Associate reports directly to both the Brand Manager and Country Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities 

Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales targets.

Identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on emerging market trends.

Oversee and optimize sales, retail, and order fulfillment operations, including order processing, liaising with production, managing deliveries, merchandising, stock inventory management, and reporting.

Manage and track inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.

Address customer inquiries across various communication platforms.

Follow up on orders to ensure successful fulfillment through customer pickup or delivery.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, complaints, requests, and inquiries.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, or a relevant field.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in retail sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Strong leadership abilities.
