Sales Team Lead Job Description: - Support the Head of Institutional Sales in managing the sales function of the Abuja office, with a focus on corporate and institutional clients. - Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies that align with SFS Capital’s growth objectives. - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and reporting on progress to senior management. - Act as a liaison between the sales team and the Head of Institutional Sales, providing insights on team performance and client feedback. - Engage directly with potential clients to present investment solutions and negotiate contracts. - Help identify new business opportunities by networking and building long-term relationships with corporate entities and high-net-worth individuals. Job Specification: - Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field. - Experience: 5+ years in a sales role (within the financial services industry would be a plus), with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. - Skills: Team leadership, client relationship management, target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Location: Abuja, Nigeria. - Remuneration: Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.
