Job Overview

  • As a Sales Representative/Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering positive relationships with our customers.
  • This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing solutions and exceeding customer expectations.

Job Description

  • Actively seek out and engage prospective customers to promote our range of wires and cables.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution and customer retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Reach out to previous clients from our customer base to encourage return sales.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketer to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Assist in the processing of orders, receipts , invoices and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma; additional qualifications in sales or customer service will be considered a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1 year
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing sales and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Must be based in Ojo, Lagos, Nigeria, with knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.

Salary
N50,000 / Month
