• Salary Budget: 400k - 500k net + commission on sales

Key Responsibilities:
* Head and manage the marketing and sales team
* Recruit a sales team
* Ensure the team generates sales to meet their target.
* market company products to close transactions
• Build and manage business relationships to enhance sales
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration and related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Manager,BDM for a real estate company.
• Excellent leadership. communication, negotiations and sales closure skills
• Experienced in the Real Estate Industry.
