Manage day-to-day operations within the organizationOversee employee work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelinesLiaise with senior-level officers to coordinate and report on ongoing issuesCreate and deliver reports to senior-level officers and maintain effective meeting notesMeet regularly with managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragementManage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheetsTrack employee activity, to include successful completion of designated tasksIdentify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions
