Job Position: Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our growing sales team.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is passionate about sales and building customer relationships.

You will ensure each client fully understands our product offerings, follow up on existing leads, and develop new ones over time. In this role, you will contribute to high-level decision-making and help shape the company's growth while supporting other business functions as needed.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales who can thrive in both market and informal environments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct physical customer outreach and cold calls to generate new leads.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and interactions to drive sales.

Serve as a trustworthy and approachable representative of our brand to all customers and stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Assist with sales strategies and marketing efforts to meet sales goals.

Support the development and expansion of the company's sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to excel in both formal and informal market environments.

Strong organisational, listening, and relationship-building abilities.

Background or interest in the energy or sustainability sector is preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

High level of self-motivation with a proactive approach to generating new business.
