Owens and Xley Consults is a recruitment firm based in Lagos that offers business advisory and consulting services to help Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Retail Sales Assistant

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective selling and product knowledge

Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management

Processs transcations accurately and efficiently

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Build strong relationship with customers and collegues

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions

Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Job Qualifications

OND

1 - 3 years experience in sales

Requirements:

Previous retail experience (desirable)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary and Benefits

N100,000 per month

Commision on sales
