Job Position: Project Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects in our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate with stakeholders, including hotel owners, investors, and team members

Lead cross-functional teams, including architecture, design, and construction

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

Manage vendor contracts and relationships

Conduct site visits and monitor project progress

Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders

Implement process improvements and best practices

Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, or a related field

Must reside in Abuja preferably around Utako

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in the hospitality industry

Proven track record of successful project delivery

Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry standards

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
