Fashion house, specializing in Female ready to wear, bespoke tailoring, made-to-order, located in the Lekki phase 1 area of Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below for its production house:

Job Position: Production Manager

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

• Check that everything produced is to specification and to international quality and standard
• Examine the finished product carefully and look for flaws in them
• Plan and draw up a production schedule
• Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate including open market sourcing of Fabrics and sewing materials.
• Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance
• Ensure that finished clothing’s are properly labeled and packaged according to company standard of packaging these apparels
• Ensure that all the production targets are met
• High level sewing and pattern making skills is an added advantage
• Set the quality standards

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc qualification with 4-15 years of experience.
• Must be highly disciplined and strict, with a no nonsense attitude
• Must have attention to details, and an eye to sport errors from the start skills in order to avoid them and put up corrective measures
• Must be goal and target driven with people skills

Salary and Benefit

• N150,000 / Month
• Accomodation is available.
