Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mercedes-Benz Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical systems in Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

This role requires a deep understanding of automotive electrical systems, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including wiring, batteries, and electronic control systems.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.

Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults and implement effective solutions.

Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel to ensure timely and accurate repairs.

Stay updated on the latest Mercedes-Benz technologies and service techniques.

Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and labor hours.

Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. completion of an automotive technical program preferred.

Certification as a Mercedes-Benz technician or equivalent experience in automotive electrical systems.

5 years experience working with electrical systems in luxury vehicles, preferably Mercedes-Benz.

Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and electronic control systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Must know how to use a computer.
