Job Description

Liaise with clients in all areas of sales including but not limited to product information,information on special discounts, new products, company services etc.Monitor stock in display cabinets and replenish products as requiredConstantly clean display cabinets and ensure spotless at all timesMerchandise products in an appealing manner in line with brand VisualProvide effective, efficient and prompt service delivery to customersOffer advice to customers on products in line with customer needsDeal with customers complaints and ensure complete resolution on every complaintMerchandising guidelinesProcess payments and customer receiptsManage assigned stock on the shop floor and ensure accountability.

Qualifications

First Degree or equivalent educationMinimum 2 years of post NYSC work experienceGood team playerWillingness to learnAdaptability and flexibilityGood oral and written communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsNeat, clean, friendlyWilling to take on additional responsibilityComfortable with Information Technology, proficient in MS Word & Excel.
