Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Manager to oversee and coordinate all HR & Administrative functions at our manufacturing plant in Kebbi State, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a manufacturing environment, with proven skills in Recruitment and Staffing, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Health, Safety and Welfare, Employee Attendance & Leave Management, L & D, Employee Engagement, Benefits Administration, Document & Records Management, Dispute Resolution & Decision-Making Process, General Administration and Facilities Management.
Qualification and Requirements:
▪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administrative, Industrial Management or related field, Professional certificate is an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years experience and 5 years in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment.
▪ Strong knowledge of office administration, HR processes and industrial compliance.
▪ Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP system.
▪ Knowledge of safety and labor regulations is an added advantage.
▪Managing key relationships to pre-empt and trouble shoot. This mainly entails liaising with all statutory and regulatory agencies related to product, people and government - such as NAFDAC, MANSAP, SON, Kebbi Offices of Ministries (Land, Labor, Environment, Taxation, etc.), Governor's office, Emir's Office, etc.
▪Managing team of nationals in factory.
▪Heading recruiting and retention of people.
▪Managing the labor contractors along with availability of labor in the factory.
▪Ensuring all admin issues are pre-empted and resolved.
▪Manage a team of nationals to meet objectives.
▪ A plus if the candidates can speak Hausa and have experience working in Sokoto or Kebbi State.
