Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Have strong negotiation skills and very creative - Ability to learn and adapt fast. - Respond to all Dms in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English without a strong accent. - Mention in your application what you know about the brand.
