 Key Responsibilities: * Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication. * Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, including meetings, appointments, and travel. * Office Tools:Use office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and tech tools (Slack, Trello, Asana) effectively. * HR Support: Assist with onboarding, team events, and HR tasks.

 * Strategy Support: Help develop and implement strategic plans, preparing necessary reports and presentations. * Project Management: Assist in planning and monitoring projects to ensure timely completion. Required Skills and Qualifications: *

Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

* Proactive: Anticipate needs and take initiative. * Trendy:Stay current with industry trends and best practices. * Presentable: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour. * Discreet:Handle sensitive information with confidentiality. * Dependable: Reliable and consistent in delivering high-quality work. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. * Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management abilities. * Tech Savvy: Proficient in using office and tech tools. * Interpersonal Skills: Strong people management skills. * Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy and consistency in all work.
