Job Position: Dispatch Rider
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities
Communicate with clients in a respectful manner.
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients/suppliers.
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe riding record.
Ensure the correct quantity and types of products are delivered to the correct location and customers.
Send or post out letters and documents to designated locations.
Pickup and delivery of parcels.
Deliver items by examining items, accuracy of it's destination, route, rate, and delivery time.
Verify items issued and delivered by submitting acknowledgment copies; note discrepancies and making sure the acknowledgment copies are returned to the office.
Keep the Operations Manager informed of any issue that might have been encountered when pickup or delivery of a shipment.
Safe handling of all shipments.
Requirements
Candidates should possess at least a First Degree qualification.
Must have at least 3 years of disptach rider experience.
Must know how to ride a bike efficiently and carefully.
Excellent knowledge of Port Harcourt and its environs.
The dispatch rider must have a valid Rider's card/Permit.
Must be courteous and have integrity.
The Dispatch Rider must have good hygiene
Must be able to work with less supervision.
Ability to exercise proactiveness.
