Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Lagos
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide product and service information to customers
Process customer orders and payments
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Identify and escalate potential customer issues to management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet and exceed customer service targets and metrics
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency Microsoft Office
Must have completed their NYSC.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
