Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Assist in menu planning and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.

Monitor inventory levels, and assist with food ordering and storage.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Adhere to hotel standards and procedures to maintain consistency in food preparation.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting.

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
