We are seeking hardworking, reliable Construction Labourers to join our growing team working on residential and commercial building projects across the UK.
This role is ideal for foreign applicants looking for long-term employment with visa sponsorship and career growth in the UK construction industry.
As part of our on-site construction team, you will assist skilled tradespeople, maintain safe and efficient site conditions, and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Assist with day-to-day construction site operations, including material handling and site preparation.
Support bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, and carpenters as required.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
Load and unload materials, ensuring work areas are clean and hazard-free.
Follow site safety protocols and company health & safety standards.
Perform basic measurements, cutting, and assembly tasks.
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly to the site supervisor.
✅ Essential:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction, civil works, or general labour.
Basic understanding of construction processes and tools.
Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to relocate to the UK and comply with visa requirements.
Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
✅ Desirable:
Experience in carpentry, bricklaying, or concrete work.
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card (preferred; training can be provided).
Previous overseas or large-scale project experience.
