Job Summary

• The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the airline’s security strategy, ensuring the safety and security of passengers, employees, aircraft, and facilities.
• The CSO oversees all aspects of security operations, including threat assessment, crisis management, regulatory compliance, and liaison with government agencies.
• The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage and mitigate risks in a highly dynamic and regulated environment

Duties / Responsiblities
Security Strategy and Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy aligned with the airline’s business goals and regulatory requirements
• Lead and manage the security team, providing direction, training, and performance management
• Collaborate with senior management to integrate security into the airline’s overall strategic planning.
