Job Position: Catering Officer (Supervisor)
Job Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Supervise cooks, stewards, and waitresses
Balance sales with account officers
Establish and enforce comprehensive food safety regulations
Track inventory and order food and supplies
Supervise food production and distribution
Ensure high-quality food production
Plan and prepare menus with dietitians
Maintain a hygienic and safe kitchen environment
Respond to customer issues and requests
Record and report incidents or challenges
Qualifications
OND/HND in Business Management, Food Science and Technology, Human Nutrition, Public Health or any other related field.
Culinary certification will be an added advantage
At least 1 year experience in a standard catering service doing similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to read and write
Understand good practice with regard to food quality, hygiene and customer care
Personal Attributes:
Effective communicator
Good interpersonal skills
Adherence to Professional dress codes
Meet deadlines and work efficiently
