JOB DESCRIPTION

At RYNO Auto, we take pride in delivering exceptional auto body repair and painting services. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to their original beauty and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a skilled Auto Painter to join our team and contribute to our mission.

YOU'LL GET TO...

Clean, sand, and prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, ensuring all surfaces are smooth and free of imperfections.

Apply paint from start to finish using spray guns or other painting equipment, ensuring even coverage and a flawless finish.

Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired shade, ensuring a perfect match with the original vehicle color.

Apply primers to vehicle surfaces, ensuring even coverage and proper adhesion.

Inspecting of defects and ensuring a smooth finish.

Apply clear coats, polish, wax and buff painted surfaces to achieve a high-gloss finish.

Perform touch-ups and minor paint repairs as needed.

Conduct quality checks to ensure all painted surfaces meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Maintain painting equipment and work area, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of tools.

Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper handling and disposal of paint and chemicals.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 5 years+ experience as an Auto Painter or similar role.

 Relevant certifications or training in auto painting (preferred).

 Ability to prepare a vehicle for painting.

 Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques and materials.

 Proficiency in using painting equipment, spray booths including spray guns and polishers. 

 Ability to match paint colors.

 Good understanding of body work quality standards.

 Ability to spray accurately and competently.

 Excellent color vision and attention to detail.

 Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

 Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.

 Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
